Advanced Child Protection

This in depth course extends the concepts covered in Initial Child Protection. It will help learners identify and respond appropriately to suspected cases of abuse, to be able to compile accurate reports and offer support to staff. It will help consider barriers and reluctance to reporting suspected cases of abuse.

Who Should Attend?

All registered supervisors, deputies and out of school care practitioners. It is not intended for learners who have no formal training in child protection, however it may be beneficial for individuals who have recently completed Level 3 qualification.
